User Accounts and Eligibility

• Not use photos of other people, celebrities, or copyrighted images

Subscription and Payment Terms

Premium Features

Soulmate offers premium subscription plans that provide additional features. Premium features may include:

• Additional daily matches

Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your device's app store
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Safety and Moderation

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove content that violates these Terms. This includes voice recordings, messages, photos, and profile information.

Reporting and Enforcement

If you encounter inappropriate behavior or content, please report it immediately. We may:

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The Soulmate app, including its design, features, algorithms, and content, is owned by Soulmate Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

Your Content License

By uploading content to Soulmate, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive to keep Soulmate available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

No Guarantee of Results

While our AI technology is designed to help you find compatible matches, we cannot guarantee that you will find a romantic partner or that any particular outcome will result from using our Service.

User Interactions

We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or the outcome of any interactions, meetings, or relationships that may result from using our Service. You interact with other users at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soulmate Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Your Right to Terminate

You may delete your account and stop using our Service at any time. Upon deletion, your profile and associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will provide notice when possible, but reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for serious violations.
